Exploit Yepkit USB Switchable Hub to turn on/off Nitrogen

I would like to propose exploring the scenario of using the Yepkit USB Switchable Hub to turn on/off Nitrogen (same as we do for Arduino). Let's have it offline when no jobs running.

FYI, to emphasize, it is not to save energy, more to unify environment. If not possible or too much time needed to spend, we will drop the topic.
